pure is the ocean so full of life
tide rolls against the shore line
crashing the coast like a roaring thunder
the sea's cold embrase sharp as a knife
seafoam hissing crisp and clean
the sand glistening in the sun.. so fine
sun and surf giving off its intense energy
feeling its power that charges your being
a gift that is given and received
never to be taken for granted
